Hola amigos de la colmena es un placer saludarle en esta nueva oportunidad , espero hayan tenido un lindo dia , hoy quiero presentarles esta deliciosa receta alta en proteina pachuga de pollo rellena con espinacas y queso ricota

The first thing I do is wash the breasts and season with garlic, soy sauce, paprika, mustard and salt, then in a pan I put olive oil, and the spinach to cook when it has the desired cooking, I place it in a container, add the ricotta cheese and stir.
Lo primero que hago es lavar las pechugas y condimentar con ajo , salsa de soya , paprika,mostaza y sal, luego en una sarten coloco aceite de oliva , y las espinacas a cocinar cuando esta tenga la coccion que deseo la coloco en un recipiente le agrego el queso ricota y revuevo

luego abro la pechuga y le agrego el relleno , ahora envuelvo de la siguiente forma y llevo a cocina
