Step1//paso1
The first step is to cut the meat into julienne strips and season it with garlic, soy sauce, oregano and salt. I add water and cook it. Then I chop the onion and paprika into julienne strips and when the meat dries out, I add these and let it cook.
El primer paso es picar en juliana la carne y la condimento con ajos , salsa de soya , oregano y sal le coloco agua y lo llevo a cocinar , luego pico la cebolla y el pimenton en juliana y cuando la carne se le seque el agua le agrego estos y dejo cocinar

Now I focus on making the guacamole, for this I dice the tomato and onion, then I apply mashed avocado and add salt, lemon, then I chop cabbage and when the meat is ready I prepare the taco in a tortilla with guacamole and cabbage
ahora me enfoco en hacer el guacamole , para esto pico en cuadritos el tomaty cebolla luego le aplico aguacate trituro y le agrego sal , limon luego pico repollo y cuando la carne este lista preparo el taco en una tortilla guacamole y repollo

To finish, I add the meat and this is how this delicious Mexican food is created.
