Today I want to present this delicious recipe for rice with shredded chicken and vegetables. I love this combination, even though it takes more work because the chicken is shredded, you can taste it throughout the rice. Here's how to prepare it.
Hola amigos de la colmena es un placer saludarles en esta nueva oportunidad , espero se encuentren bien y hayan tenido un bendecido dia, hoy quiero presentarles esta deliciosa receta de arroz con pollo esmechado y vegetales , esta convinacion me encanta a pesar que da mas trabajo al ser el pollo esmechado se siente en todo el arroz ,quien les dejo como prepararlos

The first step is to wash the chicken breast, then I cook it in water with salt, onion, and parsley. When it's cooked to my liking, I take it out of the water, cook it, and then shred it. Separately, I chop the vegetables and put them in the blender to process. I also chop green beans and carrots. I combine all of this in a pan and cook it. Then I add the chicken, the chicken broth where the breast was cooked, and let it cook.
el primer paso es lavar la pechuga de pollo , luego la llevo q cocinar en agua , sal cebolla y perejil , cuando ella tenga la coccion que deseo la saco del agua la pongo a cocinar y luego desmecho , por otro lado pico los vegeteles y los llevo a la lucuadora a procesar , adicional tambien pico vainita y zanahoria todo esto lo integro en una sarten y cocino le aplico el pollo , caldo de pollo donde se cocino la pechuga y dejo cocinar
When the chicken is cooked to my liking, I add a cup of rice and a cup of chicken broth, a little salt, sweetcorn, and let it cook.
cuando el pollo tenga la coccion que deseo le agrego una taza de arroz y una tasa de caldo de pollo le agrego un poquito de sal , maiz dulce y dejo cocinar
