El primer paso es poner a sancochar los huevos y las papas , luego pico las vainita cuando las papas vayan aflojandose aplico las vainitas que se le agregan poco tiempo a la candela , ahora pico la cebolla morada y el tomate , le aplico el huevo , las vainitas y la papa , luego para el aderezo le loco en un envase vinagre de manzana , sal , pimienta , mostaza y revuelvo
