Hello friends of the hive, it is a pleasure to greet you today, I hope you are well and had a beautiful day, today I want to tell you that I love movies and series, these days I saw a recommendation of Korean cinema and it is this gem called juvenile court, it is a story that tells the life of underage offenders and how they use their age to avoid punishment from the laws, and also how treating them like children is counterproductive since not receiving punishment for their actions means that when they come of age they are highly dangerous offenders.
Hola amigos de la colmena es un placer saludarles el dia de hoy , espero se encuentren bien y hayan tenido un hermoso dia , hoy quiero contarles que me encantan las peliculas y series , en estos dia vi una recomendacion del cine coreano y es esta joya llamada tribunal de menores , es una historia que relata la vida de los delicuentes menores de edad y como utilizan su edad para no tener castigo por parte de las leyes , y tambien como tratarlos como niños es contra producente ya que el no recibir castigos por su actos deriva que al tener su mayoria de edad son delicuentes de alta peligrosidad

La jueza Shim fue transladada a un nuevo distrito y comienza su camino , ella es la mas fuerte y recta siempre quiere castigar a los adolecentes por los actos que comenten busca sentencias maximas y dice odiar a los jovenes delicuentes , pero todo esto tiene un transfondo la jueza Shim anteriormente se desempeñaba en otro tipo de casos , pero un dia su hijo lo mataron unos adolencentes de 13 años que lanzaban ladrillos de un edificio a raiz de este acontecimiento se arruino su familia , ella estudio en el extranjero y lucha para convertirse en jueza de menores para dar imponer castigos sin piedad , ya que el juicio de su hijo duro 3 minutos y los adolences por su edad no tuvieron ningun castigo , el tribunal aposto a que se podian revindicar en la sociedad

El primer caso fue la muerte y desmembramiento de un niño de 8 años , un adolencente de 13 años llego a la estacion de policia con la chaqueta llena de sangre confeso su crimen , el tenia Esquizofrenia y eso podia darle una pena minima , pero la jueza Shim estudio la esquisofrenia y se dio cuenta que las personas no tienen consentracion durante mucho tiempo y la escena del crimen estaba limpia , no podia ser el , asi que estaba otra persona que fue la autora material del crimen y el niño solo fue complice , ellos planearon todo y sabia que el chimbo por su edad solo tendria una pena minima, pero la jueza descubrio todo y llevaron a la pena maxima a la autoria material y al chico 2 años a prision

El juez principal era un hombre correcto con una carrera intachable , postulado a un puesto en senado pero un insidente lo cambia todo , su hijo a raiz de todas las presiones de su padre entra a grupo que hace trampa para los examenes que presentan para entrar en la universidad , este le asignan el caso y a enterarse de que su hijo estaba en el caso decido incubrirlo y cerrar lo mas rapido y de forma muy irregular, pero todo cambia cuando la jueza Shim se da cuenta de lo que estaba sucediendo , el juez principal perdio todo lo que habia logrado por encubrir a su hijo , este pierde su postulacion al senado y renuncia a ser juez principal del juzgado esto da un giro dramatico ya que todo cambia en el tribunal , se las recomiendo muchisimo a mi me encanto
