*pechuga de pollo *papas *zanahorias *cebolla *tomate *lechuga *maiz dulce *vainitas
Step1//paso1

el primer paso es limpiar y colocar en un recipiente com agua cebolla , perejil y sal y lo pongo a cocinar , luego lavo las papas las pico h pongo a cocinar cuando la pechuga este cocida la dejo reposar y cuando este fria desmenuzo cuando las papas esten listas las pico y coloco en un recipiente , luego rayo la zanahoria

luego lavo y pico la lechuga, la cebolla, aplico el maiz y las vainitas finalmente aplico el aderezo del cual ya hice un post anteriormente
