When they are ready I put them back in the container where they marinated, now in a frying pan I add oil, margarine, I apply onion previously chopped into julienne strips, crushed garlic, while that takes the cooking that I want I make the orange juice that I will then add to the onion and garlic, I also apply the wings, I add ketchup and BBQ and let it cook over low heat
