The first step is to wash the potatoes, chop them and place them in a container to cook, on the other hand I chop the onion into thin julienne strips, I place them in a container with water, vinegar and salt for 10 minutes I also chop the parsley
El primer paso es lavar las papas picarlas y colocarlas en un recipiente a cocinar, por otro lado pico las cebolla en juliana finas, las coloco en un recipiente con agua , vinagre y sal por 10 minutos también pico el perejil

cuando las papas tenga la cocción deseada les quito la concha y pico en cuadros, para el aderezo en un recipiente agrego mayonesa, mostaza, ajo en polvo y sal revuelvo , luego en un recipiente coloco las papas , la cebolla y el perejil para finalizar le agrego el aderezo
