The day was sunny. Hard rays of the sun are not a good lighting option for photography, but a great option for walking in a swamp.
At the beginning, a not very dry trail leads you through a wild forest past small places of open water. This is part of the so-called Sestroretsk spill. The Sestra River was dammed and a real lake with adjacent swamps was formed.
The rainy season filled the swamp with water. But a tourist eco-trail has been organized here. In the wettest and most swampy places, special flooring from edged boards was erected.
A little more patience and we will get to the swamp itself.
And here is the beginning of the wooden flooring.
Apparently it was built quite recently. The boards are still quite fresh. I wonder how long they will last. It's still a swamp, not a city pavement.
To be honest, I love being in the swamp. Here you can feel a certain spaciousness and tranquility. I used to go hunting with a gun to such places. Now sometimes I go to collect cranberries. But not at this time.
Кстати, немного найдётся на земле мест, где находясь среди болота ты можешь увидеть...город. Нет, это не мирах в пустыне, это не город-призрак. Это курортный город Сестрорецк. В него мы тоже как-нибудь заглянем, но не в этот раз.
