Good morning to my friends and followers, subsequently i have been bringing to you step by step on how i made my ankara three layers flare peplum blouse.

Today I'm making a step by step post on how i made the pencil skirt with slit at the back. This pencil skirt is made to compliment the peplum blouse to make it a complete outfit.

Let me show you the cutting, sewing and finishing process

I did my cutting on the lining first to avoid waste of fabric

fold the lining in 4
measure the waist line, hip line and knee line vertically using the body measurements
to get the knee curve, minus 2" from the hip measurement
then connect the lines together to give you a curvy shape and cut out
place the lining on the fabric to cut out the same shape
cut out the back by adding 1" at the center back for zipper allowance.
