Today has been a very special day, our closest and most appreciated neighbors for my husband and I had made me a request, they asked me to make the birthday cake for their little one who would be turning 3 years old.

So today I woke up with the idea of giving my best so that the cake that was the main order would be as beautiful as possible
I confess that I was super nervous, because I never make cakes for sale and much less for a child's birthday.
But I didn't want to miss this opportunity, My neighbors love my desserts and that's great.
Thank God everything turned out well, I think the cake could have been better, although for the first time it's not bad at all
In addition to the cake, I also made some muffins with Almond Flour and Chocolate, by the way, they were beautiful and delicious.
It was a really busy day, because I was not only responsible for making the cake and muffins, but I was also invited to the birthday party, along with my husband.
At 5 pm we were singing Happy Birthday, and then when we cut the cake, everyone was delighted with its flavor, I received many compliments, that makes me feel proud
It was a very simple birthday, I like that Be that as it may, the children and adults enjoyed it a lot, it was truly a family celebration.
After that, my husband and I went out to buy some things we needed, and we took the opportunity to take some photos, it was a relaxing moment after such an active day.
When we were going back home, we found a beautiful sunset, the Sun was radiant, saying goodbye to come back again tomorrow.

Hoy ha Sido un día muy especial, nuestros vecinos más cercanos y apreciados por mi esposo y por mí me habían hecho un encargo, me pidieron que les hiciera la torta de cumpleaños de su pequeño que cumpliría 3 años.

Así que hoy me levanté con la mente en dar lo mejor de mi para que la Torta que fue el pedido principal me quedara lo más hermosa posible
Les confieso que estaba super nerviosa, porque nunca hago tortas para la venta y mucho menos para un cumpleaños infantil.
Pero no quise perder está oportunidad, mis vecinos aman mis postres y eso es muy bueno.
Gracias a Dios todo salió bien, creo que la Torta hubiera podido quedar mejor, aunque para ser la primera vez no está nada mal
Además de la torta, también hice unos muffins con Harina de Almendras y Chocolate, por cierto, quedaron hermosos y deliciosos.
Realmente fue un día muy movido, porque no solo era la responsable de hacer la torta y los muffins, sino también fui invitada al cumpleaños, junto con mi esposo.
A las 5 de la tarde estábamos cantando el cumpleaños feliz, y luego al picar la torta, todos quedaron encantados con su sabor, recibí muchos halagos, eso me hace sentir orgullosa
Fue un cumpleaños muy sencillo, a mí me gusta que sea así, los niños y adultos disfrutaron mucho, la verdad fue una celebración familiar.
Luego de allí, mi esposo y yo salimos a comprar algunas cosas que necesitábamos, y aprovechamos para sacarnos unas fotos, fue un momento de relax después de un día tan activo.
Cuando íbamos de regreso a casa, nos conseguimos con un atardecer hermoso, el Sol estaba radiante, despidiéndose para volver de nuevo mañana.
