On this occasion I would like to share with you a day of my university and sports🚲 life, share my experience at the Bicentennial University of Aragua🏛️ and an exhibition of art🖌️ and dance💃 that was in it, as well as some reflections of the day⛅.

Han pasado algunos días desde mi última visita en la universidad, la cual fue el 23 de febrero📆, ya que la modalidad presencial de ahora se caracteriza por tener una semana de clases presenciales✅ y la siguiente no❌.
It has been a few days since my last visit to the university, which was on February📆 23, since the face-to-face modality now is characterized by having one week of face-to-face✅ classes and the next one not❌.
Ese día que fui a la UBA tuve una clase teórica de los tratamientos psicológicos (ya que yo estudio psicología, actualmente estoy en el 9no trimestre), en la cual hablamos un poco sobre el modelo conductual el cual básicamente se centra en el aprendizaje y la adaptación y eliminación o disminución de las conductas, mediante estímulos que sirven como reforzadores "positivos"➕ o de "castigo"➖ para lograr eliminar una conducta dañina para la persona y cambiarla por otras más adaptativas.
Luego de la clase al salir, vimos esta exposición artística en la que la universidad le dio el espacio a un estudiante para su libre expresión🍂;
That day I went to the UBA I had a theoretical class on psychological treatments (since I study psychology, I am currently in the 9th trimester), in which we talk a little about the behavioral model which basically focuses on learning and adaptation and elimination or reduction of behaviors, through stimuli that serve as reinforcers "positive"➕ or "punishment"➖ to eliminate a harmful behavior for the person and change it for more adaptive ones.
After the class on the way out, we saw this art exhibition in which the university gave the space to a student for his free expression🍂;
El artista se llama Victor Cepeda y sus trabajos son a través del lápiz✏️, realmente hubieron varios de ellos que me gustaron y llamaron mi atención.
Ya que a través del arte expresamos muchos de nuestros rasgos de personalidad, como los temas de nuestro interés🔍, nuestros sentimientos y demás🍃.
The artist's name is Victor Cepeda and his works are through the pencil✏️, there really were several of them that I liked and caught my attention.
Since through art we express many of our personality traits, such as the topics of our interest🔍, our feelings and so on🍃.
Me gusto mucho poder tomarme el tiempo para observar el trabajo del artista y me alegro la iniciativa que tuvo la universidad por darle un espacio al arte🎨.
Luego de ello, fui a desayunar al cafetin donde tenía mucho sin ir y sentí nostalgia por el recuerdo de mi inicio en la carrera;
I really liked being able to take the time to observe the artist's work and I am glad the initiative that the university had to give a space to art🎨.
After that, I went to breakfast at the cafetin where I had a lot without going and I felt nostalgic for the memory of my start in the race;
Allí me encontré con unos amigos los cuales me invitaron a presenciar unas clases de salsa casino que había detrás de la facultad de psicología🏛️🔱 y así fue, aunque no participe me divertí mucho hablando con mis amigos y observando los pasos entusiastas de estas personas💃🕺.
Un rato después llegue a mi casa donde comí, descanse y me preparé para hacer un recorrido corto por el Parque Henri Pittier que esta ubicado en la vía de Ocumare de la costa⛰️🛣️🌿.
There I met some friends who invited me to witness some casino salsa classes that were behind the psychology🏛️🔱 faculty and so it was, although I did not participate I had a lot of fun talking to my friends and observing the enthusiastic steps of these people💃🕺.
A while later I arrived at my house where I ate, rested and prepared to take a short tour of the Henri Pittier Park that is located on the Ocumare road of the coast⛰️🛣️🌿.
Ya que hacer ejercicio me ayuda a liberar las tensiones del día y la ansiedad, me hace sentir renovada🌱, sobre todo si lo hago en un logar lleno de paz, naturaleza y aire fresco.
Es por eso que la vía de Ocumare de la Costa es uno de mis lugares favoritos para realizar esta actividad🚴♀️💯
Since exercising helps me release the tensions of the day and anxiety, it makes me feel refreshed🌱, especially if I do it in a logar full of peace, nature and fresh air.
That's why the Ocumare de la Costa route is one of my favorite places to do this activity🚴♀️💯
Luego de hacer ejercicio antes de llegar a mi casa hice una pequeña parada en un abasto🍫 para subir aún más mis niveles de serotonina y dopamina🧠, las sustancias que estan relacionadas al estado de ánimo y los cambios de humor🎭.
After exercising before I got home I made a small stop at a grocery store🍫 to further raise my levels of serotonin and dopamine🧠, the substances that are related to mood and mood🎭 swings.

Ese realmente fue un buen día, cumplí con mis obligaciones y me ocupe de mi bienestar físico y mental, me gustan los días así, porque siento que todo está como debe estar, me hace sentir que hay un sentido de la vida (o por lo menos para mi).
That really was a good day, I fulfilled my obligations and took care of my physical and mental well-being, I like days like that, because I feel that everything is as it should be, it makes me feel that there is a meaning of life (or at least for me).
