Saludos para todos mis amigos lectores, valga el momento para socializar con ustedes sobre el tema; no es un secreto para nadie que hace algunos años, muchos bachilleres, en especial los de la clase baja, eran excluidos del sistema de educación superior ya que intentaban ingresar a las universidades pública y no tenían acceso principalmente por el tema económico o por el promedio en algunos casos como por ejemplo la carrera de medicina que es sumamente exigente.
Greetings to all my reader friends, it is not a secret to anyone that some years ago, many high school graduates, especially those of the lower class, were excluded from the higher education system as they tried to enter public universities and did not have access mainly because of the economic issue or the average in some cases such as the medical career which is extremely demanding.
La mayoría de las instituciones o centros de formación profesional cerraban las puertas a todo aquel que aspiraba una carrera que no estuviera a su alcance; siendo la única opción para muchos las universidades privadas, al no contar con lo antes mencionado, no podían tampoco ingresar a ellas, negándole la oportunidad de optar a una profesionalización y su salida inmediata era desertar del medio aun teniendo muy claro lo que significaba obtener un título universitario sin duda alguna, mejorar nuestra calidad de vida personal y profesional.
Most of the institutions or professional training centers closed their doors to anyone who aspired to a career that was not within their reach; being the only option for many the private universities, not having the above mentioned, they could not enter them either, denying them the opportunity to opt for a professionalization and their immediate exit was to desert the environment even having very clear what it meant to obtain a university degree without any doubt, to improve our personal and professional quality of life.
Es por esta razón que a nivel nacional, regional y municipal se aperturaron nuevas opciones universitarias y de fácil acceso; porque hoy en dia si no tienes un documento igual te inscriben, con el compromiso de entregarlo una vez lo consigas ya que el objetivo general de la nueva misión de las universidades, no es solamente es la flexibilidad para abordar o ingresar al nivel de educación universitaria o a cualquier programa de formación a estos sectores que tradicionalmente eran apartados, si no también brindarle sentido práctico y su vinculación o pasantías en cualquier empresa o institución es decir la primera oportunidad de adquirir experiencias y sus conocimientos puedan ampliarse y de esta manera contar con la municipalización de la educación.

Tomando en cuenta la cultura, deporte, los haceres, necesidades, intereses y potencialidades del contexto, la realidad de cada municipio según las necesidades de profesionales se hace el estudio establecido y la demanda del censo para aperturar la carrera como también los agentes que intervienen en el proceso instruccional; lo cual ayuda a fomentar una mejor calidad de aprendizajes en los estudiantes.
El desarrollo endógeno y productivo local, el aprovechamiento y fortalecimiento del patrimonio ambiental; apoyados por la comunidad organizada en el ejercicio pleno de su soberanía. Entonces cabe la posibilidad de preguntarnos ¿ha cambiado la educación superior en nuestro país?
Taking into account the culture, sports, the doings, needs, interests and potentialities of the context, the reality of each municipality according to the needs of professionals, the established study is made and the demand of the census to open the career as well as the agents involved in the instructional process; which helps to promote a better quality of learning in students. The local endogenous and productive development, the use and strengthening of the environmental heritage; supported by the organized community in the full exercise of its sovereignty. So, is it possible to ask ourselves, has higher education changed in our country?
Desde mi punto de vista literalmente ha sido positivo para todos, ya que la educación es gratuita y de buena calidad principalmente porque contamos con excelentes profesionales que entregan su vida y alma por dar lo mejor de ellos; pero igual respeto su punto de vista, porque desconozco su realidad con respecto al tema.
From my point of view it has literally been positive for everyone, since education is free and of good quality mainly because we have excellent professionals who give their life and soul to give the best of them; but I still respect your point of view, because I do not know your reality regarding the subject.
En la actualidad la educación superior permite actividades relacionadas con el entorno social donde se encuentra la universidad, bajo una visión progresista de universalizar la enseñanza y con una nueva forma de impartir el conocimiento; un modelo en que la sociedad se capacita toda la vida y donde la edad no es un límite para la prosecución y la participación además de enlazar el saber con la práctica social.
At present, higher education allows activities related to the social environment where the university is located, under a progressive vision of universalizing education and with a new way of imparting knowledge; a model in which society is trained throughout life and where age is not a limit for the pursuit and participation in addition to linking knowledge with social practice.
En esa misma tónica se está llevando la educación superior a niveles más bajos de la sociedad con la creación de aulas territoriales, extensiones y aldeas universitarias entre otras con el fin de que los bachilleres y población flotante estudien en su propia comunidad, fomentando activamente estudios, trabajos, vida social e intereses con diseños curriculares flexibles a la disponibilidad del participante ya que posiblemente el mismo labora en el dia y en las noche o fines de semana puede adecuar su horario y mas de esos casos conozco muchos casos de muchachos que simultáneamente trabajan y hacen doble carrera.
In the same vein, higher education is being taken to lower levels of society with the creation of territorial classrooms, extensions and university villages, among others, so that high school graduates and the floating population can study in their own community, actively promoting studies, jobs, social life and interests with curricular designs that are flexible to the availability of the participant, since he/she may work during the day and at night or on weekends can adapt his/her schedule, and I know of many cases of young people who simultaneously work and pursue a double career.
Es por esta y muchas otras razones que la educación universitaria en todas sus modalidades se consólida como una comunidad universitaria pionera en el proceso de tener la formación profesional a el alcance de las manos de todo aquel que quiera integrarse sin exclusión alguna, enmarcada en una democracia universitaria abierta, integral y al servicio de la nación.
