Yesterday I went to nearby supermarket to buy some fresh vegetables, fruits, tofu and mushrooms as I had prepared lunch and dinner for my family. We had enjoyed the meals while watching Korean drama at home.
Today I would like to share with you the recipe of healthy Vege Delite Wrap.
Nowadays everybody is wearing masks when outing and keep social distancing each other in the public area and supermarkets and queued to make payment.
The vegetables and fruits all are fresh from that supermarket with fair price. I bought tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, old cucumber, lettuces, spinach, pears, apricots, potatoes, tofu and different type of mushrooms.
My ingredients were very simple. Such as lettuces, tomatoes, Japanese cucumbers, red beans, corns, vegan bars, wraps, sesame salad sauce, chili, butter and ketchup.
Before put in wraps and vegan bars into oven to bake, I wipe some butter, ketchup and chili on top of wrap 1st and then put in to bake for 30 minutes.
Then I prepared vegetables. Rinsed well all the vegetables, and cut tomatoes and Japanese cucumbers in slices.
After 30 minutes, took out wraps and vegan bars, then can placed the ingredients into the wraps
