El secreto de Feriha, es una novela de origen turco, con su nombre original (Adını Feriha Koydum). Envuelta en un drama, romance y un sin fin de acontecimientos, los protagonistas de la telenovela y todos los co-protagonistas y actores, viven y experimentan situaciones, que son las de la vida real, fuera de escena; Esta novela, es el vivo retrato de lo que una persona d clase baja-pobre, como dirían en la novela, viven a ciencia cierta en un un mundo totalmente distinto al de la alta alcurnia. Feriha, es una joven sumamente inteligente, bella, con muchas cualidades, y el protagonista Emir Sarrafoğlu, un joven realmente guapo, y desinteresado, ambos se enamoran y viven acontecimientos que jamás imaginaríamos que sucediera, el sufrimiento por parte de estos actores en escena es sumamente conmovedor. Nota: Los secretos, a la larga, esas mentiras que se creen piadosas, jamás son buenas, la verdad siempre por delante, aprendido en la vida real y experimentado en la telenovela, nos dejan una experiencia y un aprendizaje único.

En la búsqueda de tener dinero, de ser popular, se ven envueltos en malas acciones, que realmente ponen en riesgo la vida d cualquiera. El riesgo a las operaciones desenfrenadas, al poder con el dinero, suman la vida que quizás muchos desean, pero que a la larga no es la verdadera felicidad.

Una telenovela que fue en sus tiempos, una d las mejores, la gracia y carisma de la interpretación de María la del barrio, se robo mas de un corazón. Una joven pepenadora o recolectora de material de reciclaje en un basurero, llego a ser la joven mas hermosa y culta. Como en la mayoría de las novela de drama y pobreza, los "pobres" sufren las consecuencias de la falta d dinero y el poder. Sin embargo, María tuvo mucha suerte después. Donde en un a casa d la alta alcurnia fue acogida y recibida, por el dueño de la casa, enseñándole lo necesario para que se desenvolviera en el mundo y asi defenderse d cualquiera.
