Smart working allows people to be able to continue working from home, as long as you have some essential tools: a computer and a good internet connection.
I work in customer care, electricity and gas sector, a service that cannot be suspended and customers need to receive information on their invoices, on the status of their practices. In a few days the company provided a computer for those without it and an internet connection via stick for those without internet connection.
Working from home is very comfortable because moving from bed to desk is quick. However, it is also necessary to have the right attitude to work, otherwise one is perpetually distracted from household chores. What makes smart working really interesting is the waste of money on the use of the means necessary to go to work: no petrol, no machine wear, and this is a good saving for my wallet.
I hope that, after the emergency has passed, companies continue to adopt this method in order to have the least impact on air pollution and employee stress.
