Why The Downvotes?
I woke up this morning to a shed load of downvotes and thought I had done something seriously wrong. Once I checked it turns out all I had done was move my SBI's over to Hive. Not a big deal? Apparently it is to some and had no idea. I got caught in the middle of something that I had no idea was a thing apparently.
They say it is the same as buying votes yet what they are doing is hypocritical. 
Surely as a community who are trying to attract users without all this type of bull shit flying around needs to come together and resolve this. I don't know what the answer is as I am too small, but firstly the leases need to be removed.This wont stop me from making a stand and drawing a line in the sand though as I know other way.
Out of principle I will not back down as I am no hypocrite and will face this head on with the others who are being hit daily. I will be powering up as soon as I can and have already joined the 
What would help is if other users could join the trail whether it is just 1% or even 5% as they all add up if there are enough. A 100 percent vote is actually minimal as it works out far less than it sounds. It looks like 1 vote is then split by around 12 smaller votes as I first added 20 percent and received a 1.6% percent vote. Steem Basic Income was developed to help the platform grow guaranteeing you a vote so why should that be lost because of the actions from a few accounts? I have this afternoon delegated some HP to the cause.

These are the accounts that have been downvoted today and there is nothing wrong with these users. Most of them I know and are respected members of our community.
