Someone mentioned the other day that they were getting rather thin on what to watch as they had been watching Netflix non stop. I have never had that problem as I have a few other Apps on my smart television and will never run out of things to watch.
I thought I would share this TV App as it is not only current but allows you to access a huge library. Why be bored during lock down as all you need is a decent internet connection and it opens up a whole new world.If you are at home and want to watch anything from a television series to virtually any film that was ever made then this is for you.
The first thing you need if you are using your television is the Amazon TV Fire stick. This allows you to load apps etc.

The first App you need is something called APK time and looks like an alarm clock. This allows you to access the other apps it has in it's menu. There are loads of choices to choose from once you have opened APK and the best one currently is something called Typhoon TV. Cyberflix is also good but doesn't have as many links currently so Typhoon is the most popular.

Once you have installed these you are good to go. I have been using this set up for nearly a year now and haven't looked back. The current television provider in South Africa is about a year and sometimes two years behind on what is current.

I am not a massive television series watcher and watch more historical programs and probably only two or three series. There is so much crap out these days this at least gives you the option to find things.
If you are a film buff then this is perfect for you as now you have an entire library from current right up to films made in the 1950's and some even older. There are literally 1000's of films and series to watch in all types of genre from crime through to musicals and war. There is no excuse for having nothing to watch now as the choices are endless.
I never watch what is currently on in the cinema unless it is high definition and luckily Typhoon tells you what quality those films are. In some cases the films are loaded in HD before they even hit your local cinemas.
If you are loading onto your laptop then the process is slightly different. You need to get hold of the site bluestacks.com which then gives you the tools to load APK and then Typhoon.
