Today at my dialysis treatment what happened last Wednesday happened again today because more than thirty minutes before the scheduled termination time I am already feeling the sign that my blood pressure is in the crapper already even though I am not experiencing cold sweats and neck pain but my vision is already starting to dim leading to a black-out or "shock."
I just panicked and threw the towel of submission, I have to give-up and call the nurse's attention to take the reading of my blood pressure and hope that they would mitigate and continue the session. I was wrong as the other head nurse didn't infuse saline solution but terminated my session instead.
My BP today is just beyond my control already because of the blackening-out of my vision, I cannot really endure it otherwise I will poop on my pants or worse have my heart to stop because of that.
Prior to my dialysis I did took 700 mg of Caffeine which includes the Caffeine from my energy drink and that was unplanned because I was planning to take less Caffeine capsules this time. I just got spooked from the thought of what happened last time so I took another capsule after I got hooked-up just to make sure.

I though that I took enough or more than I should because an hour after being hooked-up I was already feeling that my heart was racing already, too fast for comfort.
After two hours from being hooked-up (my session was 4 hours) my heart begun to relax again. It is a sign that the Caffeine was being washed-out by the dialysis process.
I thought that I was in the clear and that I will get a stable BP but I was wrong because after a while the assistant nurse took y blood pressure reading again and it read 80 Systolic, 80/40 in-fact so they didn't do anything but raise my legs a bit.
I cannot remember if the nurse took my BP reading again after the third hour but about around 40 minutes before the termination time I could not endure it anymore because my vision is dimming-down already and there my heart it seems will be hibernating in the next few minutes.
I have to call the attention of the nurse and so my session got ended then and there. It is weird because it feels like I am overdrawn already with fluids only after around two hours of being hooked-up. It could be a sign of I am getting heavy with real body mass but that is not believable because of the kind of eating behavior that I am doing of long intervals and the amount of food that I am eating.
I really have no more option on what to do about my problematic blood pressure crashes but I am not giving up yet. My next plan of action is still taking caffeine but I have to time it.
On my next session I will take the third capsule an hour after getting hooked-up and before that, two capsules of 200 mg each just before my session begins. I cannot afford to experience frequent premature dialysis session termination because toxins will build-up in my body if not fluids that I have to totally expel out so that I can be more comfortable in-between my session days.
