My mother went to the village council to verify if she got included to the second tranche of the amelioration pay program by my government which aims to help families (not individuals) during this pandemic situation in the world basically.
I am not relying much to the government except for the health insurance that I am using for my dialysis because without it I will really never survive my situation considering that I have a few complications that I have to manage aside from already being a dialysis patient myself.
But mother really is wanting that money because she is setting it aside for my out-of-pocket payment in the end of the year when my dialysis allocation from health insurance is already had been used-up in-spite of I can still afford to pay it with my online earnings but she still insists of using it for my dialysis needs instead.
Well unfortunately the village council didn't included her name so she went home frustrated and angry because obviously they know my health condition but didn't give us consideration.
Still maybe there is a chance for my mother to get her social amelioration because from what I have learned those that got their social amelioration will receive another one and that is what they call as the second tranche.
This is just the reason why we should not be too dependent on the government because it will just frustrate us if things doesn't go within our expectations. It is just better to look for ourselves if not seek a way to help ourselves like in this situation where we badly needed any help that we can get because of the Pandemic where even common people who are not sick are affected especially the vulnerable sectors of society like old people like my parents nd people with disability like me.
