I am quite happy into what Kimchi is doing to my eating habits. Normally in the past I am not able to finish my rice servings pictured above even though my main viand is a tasty fried pork.
For me I can eat the tasty fried pork with rice but after a few bites I would get bored so easily and I will not be able to finish even half of the serving of the rice which is just maybe a cup and a half in amount.
I went longing for something tasty to break that monotonous taste of the oily viand such as this fried pork and other fried foods, I even eat Kimchi with soupy viands as well now.
Then I learned about Kimchi and its benefits for the guts, making us absorb more of the nutrients from the foods that we eat because of the probiotics that it contains.
Kimchi itself is a nutritious food becuase of the Lettuce, carrots, or even Apple and Pear that it contains in some varieties. It also contains Radish, leeks, hot chili peppers, and of course the live probitics that makes us to assimilate the foods that we eat much efficiently.
Now that I had built-up my acquired taste unto it I will maybe never take it out from my diet now. Plus it helps me with finishing-up my food which is why it helps me control the awful nauseating side-effects of my Cinacalcet the medicine for my raging Parathyroid gland.
Now I feel like I am getting healthier because of Kimchi, its effects on how I can eat well, and how I can source my needed probiotics from a natural product like Kimchi. It is a wonder food for those that suffer from a severe appetiteloss like in my case.
