Para realizar la salsa de tomate casera 🥫 primero corte en pequeños trozos el tomate 🍅, la cebolla y los 3 ajos 🧄 a mi me gusta que la salsa quede picante pero puedes añadir 1 solo. Ya picado todo lo metí a la licuadora seguido de eso monte una pequeña olla y le añadí el aliño o achote que le da un sabor y color especial y la salsa ya licuada, como ultimo paso solo añadí las especies como media cucharadita de sal, una pizca de azúcar, una pizca de cubito y orégano (esencial para la salsa de pizza? Solo deje a fuego bajo unos min y ya tomada la consistencia espesa la apague y deje reposar un poco👩🍳😉

Mientras la salsa reposa, procedí a picar y freír las salchichas ☺ también corte e pequeños trozos el jamón y raye el queso (no tenía mozzarella así que use queso semi duro, solo que para equilibrar los sabores deje un poco dulce la salsa de tomate y así evite quedara un tanto salada la pizza☺).

Con la masa y los ingredientes previamente listos procedí a estirar la masa con cuidado y en el borde añadí la salchicha frita y con la masa sobrante cerré los bordes, una ves listo lo pase con cuidado al sartén a fuego bajo (Y sí, donde se hacen las arepas 😅 me gusta de esta forma pero también se pueden hornear)✌🏻 como ultimo paso solo añadí la salsa🥫, el queso 🧀 y el jamón 👩🍳. Por ultimo deje se cocinará 15 min a fuego bajo y tape.
