Ingredientes
-1 tasa de azúcar.
-½ tasa de harina de trigo.
-1 huevo.
-25 gm de cacao
-2 cucharadas grandes de mantequilla.
-1 cucharada de ron o vainilla.

-1 egg.
-25 gm of cocoa
-2 large tablespoons of butter.
-1 tablespoon of rum or vanilla.
🔹️Preparación
Para iniciar agregue en una tasa grande la mantequilla y el azúcar, batir hasta logra integrar los dos ingredientes y agregar el huevo y el ron o vainilla y seguir batiendo unos minutos.

To start, add the butter and sugar in a large bowl, beat until the two ingredients are integrated and add the egg and rum or vanilla and continue beating for a few minutes.
Proceso-Process
Ya lista la mezcla nos debe quedar como en la imagen. Ya que mi batidora la forzaría al añadir la harina yo decidí hacerlo con ayuda de una paleta. Después de añadir la harina procedí a agregar los 25 gm de cacao y a envolver( si ves que tu masa necesita un poco más de harina de trigo lo puedes añadir con cuidado de no pasarte.

Con la masa ya lita yo me ayude de una manga para hacerle forma, para terminar las lleve al horno 20 min y listo solo deja reposar. Quede super contenta 🥰 aunque no me quedaron perfectas😕 estaban super sabrosas 🍪🥰

With the dough already light, I helped myself with a sleeve to make it shape, to finish I took them to the oven for 20 min and ready, let it rest. I was super happy although they were not perfect they were super tasty 🍪
