Avisado el personal de bomberos la respuesta fue "el único móvil que hay está ocupado en otro incendio".
Los vecinos indignados y llenos de temor (ya que peligra incendiarse todo el barrio) optaron por enfrentar al fuego, intentando combatirlo tomaron sus palas y comenzaron a cavar un corta fuego sobre la arena mientras llega el apoyo de bomberos.
