Immediately Christine remembered all those men who had cheated on her and played dumb, in the end, she had realized that he was only looking for an affair and she didn't mind, in the same way, he wasn't someone she saw to have a serious relationship.
She preferred to continue playing dumb for a long time until she managed to get him to bed, she had never been with an aviator so although this guy was not what she expected, she considered him as a personal trophy when they had been dating for three months, Charlie invited her to lunch to celebrate because he had to work at night and they could not go out for dinner, however, he promised to spend the whole afternoon with her, and so it was, after lunch, a good conversation and a delicious dessert, they decided to go to a hotel.
The truth is that it wasn't what she expected, and at one point she thought she had wasted her time trying to get him into bed, maybe he as a man thought he was the one trying to get her into bed and make a dirty move on her, she made him believe that, yet it was she who used him for her satisfaction, though not entirely, and so after that time, he simply didn't take a phone call or a message anymore.
