I've been actively, I mean really working very hard ever since the lockdown. I'm the kind of person who can't stand still, I need to somewhat get active. It's just way too boring staying at home. I can spend time watch YouTube the whole day other than standing by for my job, but that also become too taxing when I try to stay focus and grind into the content. So I decided to start kicking back into my #freeletics routine. And for all you know, the workout journal allow participants to take photos, so I started my selfie journey.
The next thing I realized, my face has changed. I don't looked like my normal self from two weeks ago. My skin tone looks different. It's not like I don't take selfie at all, I also take some selfie once in a blue moon before the lock down, but I did a lot more when I make use of #freeletics training journal. I remember once mentioned in her article, those people in the gym who looked into the mirror like there's something wrong with their mind, I think now I'm one of them.
With these selfie, it gave me a lot of idea on how am I perform, whether my posture are correct, and most of all, without realizing it, I did find myself changing. I have not been weighing myself since the lockdown. In my mind, I think I gain weight instead, because I've been eating whole day all day since the lockdown begun. Had I eat 1kg a day and shit 900gm out, I'd be increasing 100gm a day already, but look at these photos. I wouldn't say I'm ripped, frankly I heard a lot about 6 packs abs are made out of kitchen, which I practiced the opposite right now because I ate a lot more compare to when I was working at the office. So, what left for me now is having these selfies, to keep me saint, to keep reminding myself I'm on a mission for not solely on losing weight, but to ultimately look and be healthier version of myself.
There's nothing much left, once again I missed the boat to buy a loaf. We'll have to resort to simple food. Spaghetti, plain, and fried egg. I don't need to tell you how difficult to eat this, but it's energy source and little bit of protein. So, just go with it. It's not like we have a choice!
