Hi All! Just over three weeks ago I posted photos of this "cheeky" little squirrel in black and white and I thought I would show you the color photos of that "cheeky" little squirrel today!
I mentioned previously that I happened upon the squirrel as I was walking down my driveway towards the back yard here. This first photo in my post was actually the third in the series of photos that I took that day when both me and the squirrel surprised each other or I know I was surprised anyway! This was the first photo as he heard me. We both saw each other and I stopped to get my camera open to get a few photos as he (or she) sat up on his hind legs.
This second pose made me laugh and it still does when I look at it because it looks like some kind of karate stance. It made me think of that 1970's song "Kung Fu Fighting" by Carl Douglas.
This is where the first photo of my post would come in but since I used it already then I will re-show it but with just a few edits. Just look at the cute little "cheeky" smile on that squirrel and try to not find yourself smiling back!
Anyway, we had our moment of smiling at each other and I looked away for just a second and he quickly turned and scampered away! I do hope that my "cheeky" little squirrel made you smile too!🙂
