Soy de Venezuela, asi es, soy venezolano, de un estado costero llamado La Guaira, al lado de la capital, Caracas. Tengo 23 años y actualmente trabajo desempeñandome como Pizzero y Barista en un Restaurant de comida rapida.
I'm from Venezuela, that's right, I'm Venezuelan, from a coastal state called La Guaira, next to the capital, Caracas. I am 23 years old and I am currently working as a Pizza and Barista in a fast food Restaurant.
Desde muy temprana edad practique deportes, hasta que me di cuenta de que no era mi punto fuerte, luego de los 15 años mi interes personal fue la musica, tomando la iniciativa de querer aprender a tocar guitarra, al pasar de un tiempo deje de hacerlo, no porque no queria, era porque no podia hacerlo, ya que la situacion del país se torno dificil.
From a very early age I played sports, until I realized that it was not my strong point, after 15 years my personal interest was music, taking the initiative to want to learn to play guitar, after a while I stopped, not because I did not want to, it was because I could not do it, since the situation of the country became difficult
Al seguir pasando los años, puesto que la situacion del pais no mejoraba, me vi en la obligacion de trabajar para poder dar sustento en casa, y poder alijerarle un poco la carga a mis padres, hasta que al fin, pude conseguir un empleo, empezando como un simple auxiliar de cocina, hasta llegar a ser el Pizzero, luego tomaron en cuenta mi motivacion hacia al trabajo, tomaron la desicion de enviarme a un curso de Barismo,y a lo largo de 2 años de labor, soy el Encargado de Pizzeria y uno de los mejores Baristas del Restaurant.
Y aunque no soy un gran cocinero, le e tomado cierto cariño a lo que se trata de preparacion culinaria, puesto que muchos no ven el esfuerzo que se aplica para poder llevar algun tipo de comida que te de una sensacion de buen sabor, que es muy dificil de repertir en cualquier otro Restaurant de comida rapida.
As the years went by, since the situation of the country did not improve, I was forced to work to be able to support myself at home, and to lighten the load a little to my parents, until finally, I could get a job, starting as a simple kitchen assistant, until I became the Pizzero, then they took into account my motivation to work, they decided to send me to a course of Barismo, and over 2 years of work, I am the Manager of Pizzeria and one of the best Baristas of the Restaurant.
And although I am not a great cook, I have taken a certain affection for what it is about culinary preparation, since many do not see the effort that is applied to bring some kind of food that gives you a feeling of good taste, which is very difficult to replicate in any other fast food restaurant.
Habia pasado bastante tiempo, que no hablaba de mí y si les soy sincero, me gusto muchisimo, ya que es primera vez que hago ésto. Fue un gusto haber comparto mi contenido con ustedes, espero haya sido de su agrado, y espero sigan acompañandome en las proximas experiensas que estare publicando.
