Caturday is one of my favorite days of the week. Who doesn't know what Caturday is? Raise your hand! Basically, it is just an excuse to revere the love you have for your cat, every Saturday.
I fell in love with him when he was born in my front garden, way underneath the pampas grass, on Christmas Eve. I was cold outside in San Antonio at that year, but when I reached in to pull them out, they were as warm as toast.
The only thing I saw was this little face with a heart on his nose. This is my cat, Buddy Boy. I really love my Dalamation, Maggie, but, he wiggled his way into my heart, never to leave it. Oh, don't get me wrong. He is such a cat... I can hear him now!
Do you have a cat? Or any other animal? What is it about your pet that you love?
And because I just can't help myself, I must end this with a flower. Always a flower. #alwaysaflower When everything in the world seems to stand still, let it. Let it be. If only for a moment in time.
And just like that, this post is over. From beginning to end, I'll do it again, probably tomorrow. Have an amazing day! Do something fabulous!💖 Thank you for visiting my post. Because of you, I come back to post, again and again, Some days, it is not as easy to see, how wonderful our world really is. Kindness counts. Wherever you go, whatever you do.

I always post this poem down at the bottom of my posts. It is one that has become so near and dear to my heart. I only post the most famous part of it, but, wanted to post it in its entirety today.
they set my aunts house on fire
i cried the way women on tv do
folding at the middle
like a five pound note.
i called the boy who use to love me
tried to ‘okay’ my voice
i said hello
he said warsan, what’s wrong, what’s happened?
i’ve been praying,
and these are what my prayers look like;
dear god
i come from two countries
one is thirsty
the other is on fire
both need water.
later that night
i held an atlas in my lap
ran my fingers across the whole world
and whispered,
"where does it hurt?"
it answered,
"everywhere"
"everywhere"
"everywhere"
