This year, quarantine restrictions have done their job and made changes to people's lives. But no matter how much you sit at home - the body and soul require active movement🤜👊🤛.
That's why my acquaintance, Roman Zagorodniy, arranged a meeting for me with students of the 19th gymnasium, which is located in Podil. Roman graduated from it in 2012, and now his younger sister is studying there👧.
At first I talked to 9th grade students. He told them about his life, about his attitude to people with disabilities, about his collections of poems and the book "Special Revelation", about the public organization "Special Team". Then those interested had the opportunity to get answers to their questions. After that, the meeting ended with a joint photo📸.
Afterwards there was a conversation with the 10th grade. Already grown boys and girls asked more interesting questions👨🏫👩🏫. What is a person? Does the government do anything for people with disabilities? How do you earn a living? What are your dreams and desires?
In memory of the meeting in the gymnasium, signed joint photos with both classes were presented, as well as sweet candies🍫. Everyone had fun and I hope - new knowledge about the lives of people with disabilities👨🦯👩🦯👨🦼👩🦼.
