We started our evening with dinner in a wonderful little tavern called Hibernicia.

Creska janjetina is high-quality lamb meat from a sheep breed, native to the island of Cres.
It can be prepared in various ways - baked in a bread oven (al forno) or under a peka (a metal, bell-shaped lid), spit-roasted, grilled (usually accompanied by polenta), or breaded.
Also, you can prepare lamb chops, lamb goulash, lamb stew with gnocchi, and lamb umido in wine sauce with local aromatic herbs.

The dinner is followed by a tour of this place known for its long tradition and a wonderful view, since it's located at the top of the cliff.
