Algunas veces nos sentimos prisioneros, de nosotros mismos o de nuestro entorno;
atrapados por una reja que nos impone las circunstancias, la familia y la sociedad;
en fin, nos dejamos atrapar y moldear por factores y opiniones ajenos a nuestro ser.
Sin embargo, hoy aprendí de un árbol que me enseñó el gran poder de la libertad,
ese que hace que nos sobrepongamos a cualquier forma de limitación o encierro,
dado que la naturaleza nos dotó de esa capacidad de superación de los obstáculos.
Si hasta ahora no has podido desprenderte de esas rejas y cadenas que te aprisionan,
entonces, internalízalas, asimílalas y absórbelas, cede todo el control a tu alma pura;
que ella –sin prejuicios ni condicionamientos– sabrá guiarte por sendas de libertad.

Sometimes we feel imprisoned, either by ourselves or by our environment;
trapped by a fence imposed on us by circumstances, family and society;
in short, we allow ourselves to be trapped and shaped by factors and opinions that are alien to our being.
However, today I learned from a tree that taught me the great power of freedom,
that makes us overcome any form of limitation or confinement,
since nature gave us this capacity to overcome obstacles.
If until now you have not been able to free yourself from those fences and chains that imprison you,
then, internalize, assimilate and absorb them, and give all control to your pure soul;
that it -without prejudice or conditioning- will know how to guide you through paths of freedom.
