Hi everyone!
"I ALSO LOANED A PEN AND I NEVER SEEN IT AGAIN" :)
I have always been fascinated by pens, some of them fell into good hands because I never saw them again.
Today organizing my room I discovered several of them that are important memories for me. I decided to make a base for them to use on my work table at home.
Please see this project below ...
It's not at all extravagant but I liked the result because I made them with materials that I was mostly about to throw away.
Broken door handles
Magnet
Trophy challenges
Curtain tube holder
Power cord cutouts
Etc
For the handles I only used the rings, one made of stainless steel and one made of bronze. With the magnet I glued them without the need for glue and I placed a nut die that I had repeated in my tools, as a pen holder.
I cut the silhouette of a quill pen in black foami to serve as an insulator for the pen and the metal, and also to serve as a decoration alluding to the old writings with ink and pen.
The second bracket was easier, I glued the aluminum cylinder to the cup of an old trophy.
The third consisted similar to the first, I sanded it to get a better aesthetic of the bronze and with copper wire I made a spiral to insert the pen.
In addition to having this property different from the first, it also serves as an element of distraction in a moment of leisure. Example: the following gif.
The important thing about the magnet as a base is that in addition to holding the metal parts, it also generates an ideal counterweight for the bo pens to fall to the ground.
I really appreciate your attention, it will be up to another chance!
Thank you!
