Greetings dear friends and visitors.

This is my entry to participate and support the challenge carried out by our dear artist Hive account@alarconr22.arte.

These days I've been with my broken heart, I had a fight with my crush, and I started to create my crying dolls, hahaha! sometimes I can't handle those moods. I thought about continuing with the crying dolls theme because I wanted to participate in reverse, showing my broken heart, but, it has gotten better as the days went by, still my heart is broken, but at least Yecko and I are getting along better.

So I have recreated my character Yecko with me, filled with lots of love. I hope you like it.

Esta es mi entrada para participar y apoyar el reto que lleva a cabo nuestro querido querido artista Hive account@alarconr22.arte.

Estos días estuve he estado con mi corazón roto, me había peleado con mi crush, y comencé a crear mis muñecas lloronas, ¡Jajaja! a veces no puedo con esos estados de ánimo. Pensé continuar con el tema de las muñecas lloronas porque quería participar a la inversa, mostrando mi corazón roto, pero, ha mejorado con el paso de los días, sigue estando roto mi corazón, pero al menos Yecko y yo nos llevamos mejor.

Entonces he recreado a mi personaje Yecko conmigo, llenos de mucho amor. Espero les guste.

Paso a paso. / Step by Step

Sketch: the main idea a wide hair with which I can practice the semi-realistic shape and a beard on my pet.

Boceto: la idea principal un amplio cabello con el que pueda practicar la forma semi realista y una barba en mi mascota.

Line art: I have used lines one tone darker than the one I will use for the base color.

Line art: He usado líneas un tono más oscuro del que emplearé praa el color base.

Base color: For this design I didn't use the help of predefined palettes, I just wanted to work with my favorite colors, I just tried to make them look as harmonic as possible.

Color base: Para este diseño no utilicé ayuda de paletas predefinidas, solo quise trabajar con mis colores favoritos, solo traté en lo posible que se vieran armónicos.

Cabello: Lo he logrado con algo de aerografía y el pincel pluma (gruesa) ajustando la presión que ejerzo con la tableta gráfica, es un proceso muy complejo para mí de verdad que mi estilo es el de caricatura y tonos planos, esta forma de cabello semi realista hace un realce muy hermoso al dibujo, la mirada se centra en la técnica del cabello, es una de las prácticas que más me extiendo.

Hair: I have achieved it with some airbrushing and the feather brush (thick) adjusting the pressure I exert with the graphic tablet, it is a very complex process for me really my style is cartoon and flat tones, this semi realistic hair shape makes a very beautiful enhancement to the drawing, the look is focused on the hair technique, it is one of the practices that I extend myself the most.

Ojos: Luego que perfeccione o al menos llegue al nivel que quiero en cuando al cabello semi - realista, iré practicando una forma de ojos más llamativa, con mayor expresión, por ahora solo hago ojos sencillos kawaii - chibi. Cada detalle se leva entre 6 a 7 capas, pues debo ajustar la opacidad de cada una de ellas y por seguridad de los errores trabajo cada detalle en una capa nueva.

Eyes: After I perfect or at least reach the level I want when it comes to semi-realistic hair, I will practice a more striking eye shape, with more expression, for now I just do simple kawaii - chibi eyes. Each detail takes between 6 to 7 layers, because I have to adjust the opacity of each one of them and for security of the mistakes I work each detail in a new layer.

Sombreado, lentes y detalles en Yecko: Pensando en el reto y mostrando mi amor por mi Yecko y lo tiernos que nos vemos juntos, he recreado mi versión caricaturizada de nosotros mismos. Con su cabello blanco como la nieve y tan dulce que es (cuando no estamos discutiendo).

Los lentes los realicé jugando con las opacidad de la base, para Yecko realicé los típicos ojos kawaii, y di pequeños brochazos con el pincel Pluma (Gruesa) ajustando la opacidad de la capa.

Para el sombreado de piel, tres capas diferentes cada una en una opacidad más clara.

Shading, lenses and details on Yecko: Thinking about the challenge and showing my love for my Yecko and how cute we look together, I recreated my caricatured version of ourselves. With his snow white hair and so sweet he is (when we're not arguing).

I made the lenses playing with the opacity of the base, for Yecko I made the typical kawaii eyes, and I gave small brush strokes with the Pen brush (Coarse) adjusting the opacity of the layer.

For the skin shading, three different layers each one in a lighter opacity.
