As name suggest it is a facility which is provided by Amazon for shopkeepers who has a well settled shop and has multiple types of products in his/her shop can sell those using Amazon platform just by listing their products on Amazon seller central. If a person want to avail this service from Amazon then she/he can sell their products to customers who lives in their locality around 5 to 10 km far. Anyone can sell anything such as grocery items, electronic items, headphone etc. There are some charges you have to pay for this service to Amazon such as platform fee or closing fee and tax. There is one tight condition from amazon that you have to deliver the products to customers within two days because your products will have Amazon prime badge.
