How to preserve grinded pepper without the use of refrigerator

Hello,
Am glad to be part of part of a new Dawn which just shown. I will like to share how to preserve grinded pepper without using refrigerator.

I went to my sister house I was marvel with the way she prepare to preserve her pepper without refrigerator.

First she grind the pepper. Put it on fire 🔥till the water is dry

She fill the pepper with bama containers while it is still hot I cork it all.

She kept in a place that is cool and take it whenever she needs them to cook. It can be kept for month
