Hello My Dear Little Witches...!
Are these my things or is this confinement, pardon, voluntary quarantine, eternal? If I remember correctly, today is exactly two weeks since we decided at home to stay away from society (how ugly that sounds), to take care of our health, we only go out to buy food and with a protocol worthy of a biological waste processing plant hahaha, it is the least we can do to protect the family. Today I decided to play with a photo editing application for the mobile phone that a friend recommended.

The truth is that my phone does not take the best pictures and although I always try to get good shots, sometimes the work is lost because in the case of some bugs if you lose an opportunity there is no other, and as you know I probably know nothing about photography, I'm just a trainee, and as a good trainee I have to learn to improve my shots, so I wanted to test how I do with this application that actually is very easy to use, before jumping to some editing program for the pc.

I started by trying Afterlight, this is a free photo editing program with more advanced options we have to pay for. I've played a little with contrasts, brightness, saturation, shadows and sharpness, and although it's the first time and obviously there's a lot to learn, especially the issue of colors, the result of today has pleased me a lot.

This little nymph of Zelus SP was walking around my garden this morning and gave me some good shots, with which I spent some time testing the application. This killer bug has very subtle and almost imperceptible colors at times that I thought were perfect to start playing with.

If any of you have suggestions for photo editing software for a beginner like me, I'd appreciate it if you'd leave it with me in the comments, to see how my images look from now on. I hope you liked the results, as well as I, hope to improve little by little.

Thank you for taking the time to read this publication, if you have any questions, criticism or suggestions, I would appreciate it in the comment box, and remember, you can do magic in the kitchen too!

Images of my property taken with the camera of my iPhone 5S, and edited with Afterlight.
