Saludos mis queridos amigos de Gems, estuve ausente por muchos días ya que tuve complicaciones de salud y estuve internada en el Hospital Central de la Isla por 33 días. Fueron días duros a nivel familiar, como es bien sabido desde hace varios años padezco de diabetes y desde finales del mes de julio me descompese y se comprometieron varios órganos.
Greetings my dear friends from Gems, I was absent for many days because I had health complications and was hospitalized in the Central Hospital of the Island for 33 days. They were hard days at the family level, as it is well known for several years I have suffered from diabetes and since the end of July I became unwell and several organs were compromised.

Desde hace mas de una semana me dieron de alta, pero aun con tratamientos, nebulizaciones, la verdad es que aun sigo en recuperación; ya que es bastante lenta pero segura. En casa estamos haciendo dieta y colocando varias dosis de insulina a diario para poder controlar los niveles de insulina en sangre, perdi algo mas de peso pero lo realmente importante es que estoy superando este dificil momento.
I was discharged more than a week ago, but even with treatments, nebulizations, the truth is that I am still recovering; since it is quite slow but sure. At home we are on a diet and taking several doses of insulin daily to be able to control the insulin levels in the blood, I lost a little more weight but the really important thing is that I am overcoming this difficult moment.

Ahora mismo estoy comiendo lo mas sano posible y todo bajo en carbohidratos, algunas frutas, frutos secos. Esperando estar al 100% dentro de poco y volver a mis actividades diarias.
