Heir Apparent
Power is something I’ve craved all my life.
The truth is, I was born to a young woman who worked as a waitress and wasn’t prepared to raise a child. I was adopted the next day. When I was just ten years old my adoptive parents were killed. They were wealthy and well-known people; their deaths came about when the plane in which they were passengers, crashed.
I inherited everything, and my parents had ensured that my inheritance was protected; dad’s brother, Matt, had been given power of attorney until I turned eighteen. Uncle Matt was honest. Dad knew that he could trust him.
Today, I am turning thirty years old, and this is life’s greatest moment.
Let me begin by saying, there will be doubters; there will be those who want no part of my proposal, and there will be those who'll sacrifice themselves for no reason. What will it take to convince you, your life is worth saving, regardless of cost and worthy of continuing, protected, for the entirety of your allotted number of days?
Promises?
Let’s be realistic; we all know things will change drastically. We aren’t better than others. Everyone needs to recognize the exercising of individual liberties must stop.
Ending the illusion of the concept of individual rights as being rights to which every living person is entitled, is a concept that should have been proven wrong ages ago. History has shown that people ruled by an authoritarian leader, are kept under control far more effectively than anywhere individual “freedoms” have existed.
We’re not suggesting that by becoming a member of our community, you’d be treated as though you were nothing more than a piece of property. However, we’re also not suggesting belief in some concept that says you have a “right” to speak, will validate you.
To be blunt, to survive, you must not believe in individual rights, and you must accept existence within an authoritarian-ruled community. You might be more than comforted to know that your authoritarian leader, is yours truly.
I’ve got all kinds of fun things planned for those I’ll lead, and you’ll be surprised at the things I can do, such as personally match-making your romances. I’ll also make all the tough decisions for you, like when it’s time to have children.
It’ll be Nirvana.
And we’ll even play Nirvana; if I approve it.
A most exciting thing about this, is that you will be kept happy all the time; this is one of my promises to you. And when I promise something, I really mean it... until I don’t, that is.
Anyway, time’s running out, so fill out and submit your application to become part of our community. Stay alive!
