- 1 Clara de Huevo.
- 4 Cucharadas de Azúcar.
Preparación / Preparation:
Para la torta / For the cake:
En una taza vamos a batir 1 Yema de huevo, 4 cucharadas de azúcar, 4 cucharadas de harina de trigo y por ultimo Media taza de agua, vamos a batir muy bien hasta que todo quede completamente incorporado.

Así queda nuestra mezcla, ahora la vamos a llevar al microondas por 3 minutos.

En un recipiente vamos agregar 1 clara de huevo y vamos a batir muy bien, cuando ya este haciendo espuma, le vamos agregar las 4 cucharadas de Azúcar, y vamos a batir hasta que nuestro merengue este a punta de nieve.
