Tomato soup is a healthy and popular tomato drink of india prepared using red tomato and spices. It is generally served as an appetizer before the meal.
Tomato soup is very common in every indian restaurants, even when we go in wedding party, i always love to have some hot tomato soup especially in winter season. Due to coronavirus pandemic it is not safe to go out n have some eateries. So i decided to make tomato soup at home.Tomato soup deliciously rich in flavor and full of vitamins just take an half an hour to get ready Tomato soup is made according to your taste and preference and there is huge benefits of tomato soup like good for blood circulation, high in vitamins,help in weight loss,cardiovascular health and many more.
Step 1
Wash the red fresh tomatoes and avoid the sour and unripe Tomatoes
Step 2
now cut tomatoes in four part put it in pressure cooker wait of two whistles.
Step 3
Now pour out the tomatoes on strainer, strain it to get smooth tomatoes puree.
step 4
now take an pan add some oil/butter, than some ginger(garlic is optional) then pour the puree into the pan.
step 5
add some pinch of sugar, salt to taste and black pepper. Add cornflour to make the thicken texture of your soup and wait for 2-3 boils.
Now transfer the soup into serving bowl.Garnish it with some cream or serve it with some bread croutons.
