Puishak is a popular vegetable in South Asia. Especially more popular in the Indian subcontinent. Significantly, it is cultivated in different parts of Bangladesh and India. Although in our country this tree can be seen almost in front of or behind the house.
Although it is a winter vegetable, it is now available in the market almost all year round, as it is popular with everyone. All its excellent nutritional value and taste will surely impress you. Scientifically it is called Basella alba.
Puishak contains a lot of fiber, which relieves constipation and helps the body to get rid of waste properly. This vegetable contains a lot of vitamins A and C, which eliminate skin germs, help in growth and development, nourish the eyes and keep the hair strong.
