Peel 4 kiwis, cut them into thick slices and dip an ice cream stick into each slice. Place the kiwis on the tray and put them in the freezer to freeze. Meanwhile, melt 1 glass of dark chocolate, which you cut into large pieces, with 1/2 glass of coconut oil in a bain-marie.
Set the melted chocolate aside to cool and dip the kiwi slices into this chocolate. Then, place each one on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and freeze for another 30 minutes. That's it! If you wish, you can add decorations such as almonds, pistachios or hazelnuts before the second freezing process.
