Good afternoon, dear readers of the Hive. Let me tell you, today was one of those days... I got home and the first thing I saw was this bottle of olive oil.
I don't know, there's something about it that catches my eye, maybe it's the green color of the liquid or that purple paper on the neck. But what really made me smile was what's on top of it: my little yellow Aladdin's lamp!
It's plastic, of course, but every time I see it there, fitting perfectly like a stopper, I can't help but think about all the wishes I'd make if it were real. Health? Money? Travel? The truth is, sometimes just seeing it there, in the middle of the living room, takes me out of my routine.
In the background of the picture, you can see my aquarium with the fish swimming peacefully; it always relaxes me. And a little further on, my keyboard is waiting for me to sit down and play something. The truth is, this picture, with my yellow lamp presiding over the table, makes me feel that, even if the day has been long, there's always a little magic and beautiful things in my home.
Buenas tardes queridos lectores del hive , les cuento que, hoy fue un día de esos... llegué a casa y lo primero que vi fue esta botella de aceite de oliva.
No sé, tiene algo que me llama la atención, tal vez por el color verde del líquido o ese papel morado en el cuello. Pero lo que realmente me sacó una sonrisa fue lo que tiene encima: ¡mi pequeña lámpara de Aladino amarilla!.
Es de plástico, claro, pero cada vez que la veo ahí, encajada perfectamente como un tapón, no puedo evitar pensar en todos los deseos que pediría si fuera real. ¿Salud? ¿Dinero? ¿Viajes? La verdad es que a veces solo con verla ahí, en medio de la sala, ya me saca de la rutina.
Al fondo, de la imagen pueden ver mi acuario con los peces nadando tranquilamente, siempre me relaja. Y un poco más allá, mi teclado esperando a que me siente a tocar algo. La verdad es que esta imagen, con mi lámpara amarilla presidiendo la mesa, me hace sentir que, aunque el día haya sido largo, siempre hay un poco de magia y de cosas bonitas en mi hogar.
