Keema Biryani Ingredients

Mutton Mince --------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/2 Kg

Tomatoes ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Large
Yogurt ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Cup
Green Chilies ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3
Cooking Oil -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/2 Cup
Biryani Masala ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3 Tbs
Ginger Garlic Paste ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Tbs
Salt ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Tbs
Whole Garam Masala ------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Tbs
Mint Leaves ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Tbs
Coriander Leaves -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Tbs
Lemon ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Large
Orange Food Color ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1 Ts
Method
Boil rice in a pan with oil, whole garam masala, and salt.
Take oil in a pan and fry the onion.
Add mincemeat and ginger garlic paste and fry it.
Now add biryani masala, tomatoes, green chilies, and yogurt.
Cook it for 15 Minutes
Do the layering of rice and cooked mincemeat one by one
Add food color, mint and coriander leaves, and lemon slices
Cover it and put it for dum on low flame
After 20 Minutes remove the dum
