I have recently seen the film JoJo rabbit and really stuck with it almost for a week. The story set in second world war & Germany through the perspective of a ten years of child who believes Hitler is really savior for the Germany and aim to become one of the hitler's personal guard.
The film was directed by the New Zealand's best director taiki waititi. The films begins with JoJo joining the training to be soldier and goes to end where he realize that what terrible war is and how much Hitler manipulated whole Germany to go to war with world.
The film is very beautiful, comical and also leaves you with tears at the end. How children can be easily manipulated and how imporan for the adults to check on them about their morale and what are they exposed to.
I wrote a little poem dedicated to the film, hope you all like it.
May the films explore childhood as it is,
May the innocence prevail through the children in the cinema to make adults remind how they were and what they became now,
Let this be the wake up call for the writers who make children antagonise in serials and use them for vengeance.

Oh writers!
Before you write, think once.
Think once about what your writing offers to children and teens,
Would you feel inspired if you read it as a child?
Oh filmmakers!
Why you feel proud attaching tag "for adults" for your films?
Do you think really adults care about them in their busy lives?
Why we don't get more tom sawyers and Huckleberry Finn?
