Hello All
Heavily raining day βοΈ
With today's amazing rain,
I remember that we had taken a walk in the park near our place after one huge rainy day. On that rainy day, waves were crazy and whole night all I could hear was just heavy rain drops on the window. Luckily I did not do my day duty for outdoor play that day but still remember it was one of the worst rainy days, even which made me want to stay home π‘ all day in my pajamas.π΄ After work, we decided to go walk around the park because I found there were hydrangea bloomed beautifully in the park and it must be great to take some flower pictures.π·π
My best shot, little bloomed one
More walking let me find more beautifully bloomed hydrangeas in the park. For us, it was quite lucky because it was one of weekdays and less people were in the park compared to usual weekends. Still pretty windy but I think that was more a bit stronger after-rain-cooler-breeze from the sea.π¨
Close shots of pink and purplish ones
Close shot of blueish one
I love both but there is a fun fact about hydrangea.
Up to how much acid contains in soil, there this flower can be grown in different colours. For example, in acidic soil with pH 5.5 or lower, quite true blue hydrangeas can be grown. But for the pink flowers, they can bloom from alkaline soils like pH 6.5 or higher. Also believe it or not, there is some real detective story about finding a dead body under the a bunch of quite reddish hydrangeas in the garden based on this scientific fact.
Nice afternoon view on the way to the point where I love to sit and rest
Met a nice and friendly park rangerπΊ
Finally from my resting point
I love the view from the spot βοΈπβοΈ
