Good afternoon good people. Today is my Twelfth day on bloggingchallenge.l want to talk about my Three (3) Healthy Habits.These are:
- Eating Healthy Diets: My diets contain mostly vegetables and fruits with less sugar.
- Maintaining a Healthy Weight: l used the scale to check my weight on daily basis.
- Do Regular Exercise:l always spent about 30 minutes everyday to exercise myself.
