Hello friends of #hive, I hope you are well, today I want to share with you my snack of the day, I made my first cheese tequeños very easy and delicious to make, here is my version of how I prepare them, I hope you enjoy them.

| Levadura | 1 cucharadita |
| Sal | media cucharadita |
| Aceite | 1 cucharada |
| Agua | 1 taza |
| Queso llanero en tiritas | cantidad necesaria |

| Wheat Flour | 3 cups |
| Yeast | 1 teaspoon |
| Salt | half teaspoon |
| Oil | 1 tablespoon |
| Water | 1 cup |
| Llanero cheese in strips | required quantity |
1 STEP: I place the 3 cups of wheat flour in a bowl and add the salt, yeast and oil.
STEP 2: I mix and add the cup of water little by little and knead for approximately 10 minutes, until I achieve a homogeneous consistency.
3 STEP: And so my dough for tequeños is ready, I let it rest for 30 minutes, and I add flour to the counter where I will stretch the dough and start to stretch it with the help of a rolling pin.
STEP 4: After stretching my dough well, I chop it into strips with the help of a knife, and I start to assemble my tequeños.
I wrap the pieces of cheese with the dough, moisten the dough a little so that when frying they do not open.
STEP 5: Once all my tequeños are assembled, I turn on the kitchen and heat my cauldron with enough oil to fry them.
And that's how my tequeños were left, very rich and easy to make, in a snack or for a share. Enjoy your meal.
