Active Listening: It is the way to attend actively and with conscious interest, where the people around us give us information, therefore we must be attentive and listen carefully and with interest in the conversation and especially the message.
Preguntas Efectivas del Coanching: Es la habilidad de como preguntar de manera acertada, directa, y precisa, la cual consigue que los involucrados obtengan información necesaria al cierre de la comunicación y los.intereses de.los involucrados.
Effective Coaching Questions: It is the ability to ask in an accurate, direct, and precise way, which ensures that those involved obtain the necessary information at the end of the communication and the interests of those involved.
Feback Constructivo: Es el proceso de comunicación en el que el lider emite su opinión al respecto del Desempeño del colaborador, para que este último considere la manutención o cambio de conducta y comportamiento.
